This document contains the constitution and procedures for the Edinburgh Linux User Group(Outreach). The main purpose of this website is to provide a vocabulary, description of the procedures, etiquette and structure of a subgroup that can help EdLUG interface with the outside world to promote Free Software, GNU/Linux and Open Source Software in Edinburgh. The solution here provides a model that can be used by other LUGs which are strictly not allowed to have a constitution, so they may in turn, interact with their local communities.
